Naturally Intelligent by Design Almanac is a two-volume wildlife picture book-collector’s edition, produced in both digital and print formats. The almanac follows the traditional almanac format by including the moon cycles and seasonal notes for the northern and southern hemisphere. The almanac departs from a traditional format as it focuses content on showcasing the intelligence of keystone animal species from around the world. In our almanac we’ve selected with our IUCN Red List partners one animal from earth’s biosphere every day, 365 days of the year. Each page feature’s the target animal’s portrait, Latin name, link to an audio clip of the animal’s voice, geographic distribution of the animal’s habitat, a short, playful narrative highlighting the animal’s behavior, lifestyle, and adaptation to our changing world., and finally, an important message with call to action for readers.
