Gift yourself with a half-day outdoor excursion every week to explore the natural wonders of the San Francisco Bay Area and to retune your mind-body-spirit to your own natural intelligence, rhythms, and right relationships. Nurture your connection to nature and to remember your own true human nature. In Nature’s Sanctuary time slows, our senses awaken, our heart relaxes, and we can breathe in more deeply Nature’s healing life force.

Course FAQ

  • We will be traveling to wild locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area within a 50 mile radius of Mt. Tamalpais.

  • You will need to bring sturdy shoes, warm jacket and hat, good hiking clothes, open mind, good water, pack lunch, sunglasses, sunscreen, journal, and happy heart; ready to explore.

  • Excursions are designed for youth- adults (7- 99 years). Young children should be accompanied by an adult.

    All fitness levels are welcome. And, we will do our best to accommodate a variety of special needs. Please write us before with any health or safety concerns.
